YES it works!
... but its still buggy:D
PHP & MySQL combination is widely used and run nowadays on most every server.
Programming is my hobby since highschool, so the idea was to write own blog without using existing template
I started to wirte this one in 2005, but why does it take so long? ... excuse will come later:)
